Workout log

As i work to get my running fitness back (I’m basically starting from 1.5 miles being as far I can run right now) it will be helpful for me to have a place to log my progress! I will keep track if all my workouts here, not just running.)


Tuesday- Week 5 Day 1 C25k
Friday- 10 min run


Sunday- 10 min run


Monday- 3 mile run

Tuesday- 20 mins ellpitical/Upper body workout

Wednesday- 2 mile run

Thursday- Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown

Friday- rest

Saturday- 3 mile run

Sunday- rest
